Welcome to Porcupine Lake Cottage!
This cozy two-bedroom cottage that sleeps six is clean, modern and comfortable. The master bedroom has a full size bed and bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a full size lower. Living room amenities include: sleeper sofa, TV and VCR.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and all cooking utensils. We also have a full-sized washer and dryer. For some outdoor cooking, you'll find a gas grill and picnic table near the campfire ring.

Surroundings
You can find peace and quiet nestled on this 40-acre private beach property located on Porcupine Lake (only 8 miles outside of Gaylord, Michigan.) There is year 'round fun with plenty to do like swimming, fishing and hunting on 40 wooded acres. In the Winter for snowmobiling, there is direct access to hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails and seasonal roads.

In Summer, there are ATV/ORV trails minutes away. For skiers or golfers, we are only 20-25 minutes to Boyne Mountain or Treetops. With over 20 golf courses in the area, this is considered the Golf Mecca of the Midwest. Also close to casinos and only an hour to Mackinaw Island. Or, how about visiting Gaylord during Alpenfest or the Otsego County Fair?

Game Hunters
With over 40 acres, you can hunt deer, turkey, or grouse on property during season by bow, rifle or black powder. State land is located close by and being less than an hour from Pigeon River Country State Forest, there is elk and bear hunting available as well.
